in sparqs general,training & support

In conjunction with Stevenson College, sparqs is developing training for ESOL students in representation and how to be a course rep.

The training is delivered to the entire class and supports wider learning around citizenship and democracy, as well as supporting language skills and communication. It is written in such a way as to be deliverable in smaller modules over a period of time, as the class’s skills develop.

There are detailed tutor notes and PowerPoint presentations, along with tools used during the sessions.

All of the training materials will be available over the summer at www.sparqs.ac.uk/training
